Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 27, 2019, Net 1 UEPS Technologies Inc, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Net1 Applied Technologies South Africa Proprietary Limited and DNI-4PL Contracts Proprietary Limited ("DNI") entered into an agreement pursuant to which the parties extended the expiration date of the call option granted to DNI in May 2019, from December 31, 2019 to March 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
