On March 28, 2006, PMA Capital Corporation (the “Company”) first made available on its website, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005. Accompanying the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K is a letter from the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. A copy of such letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company is not undertaking to update the letter.
