1. VENUE: Rua Coronel Dulcídio No. 800, in the city of Curitiba, Paraná state. 2. DATE: March 22, 2021 - 5:00 p.m. 3. PRESIDING BOARD: MARCEL MARTINS MALCZEWSKI, Chairman; and DENISE TEIXEIRA GOMES, Secretary. 4. MATTERS DISCUSSED AND RESOLUTIONS TAKEN:
The Board of Directors:
| I. | unanimously resolved to a) approve the donation of funds raised until this date related to the Fatura Solidária (Solidary Bill) Campaign to the Fund “COVID - Apoio à Saúde” (COVID - Healthcare Support), managed by Fundação para o Desenvolvimento da Ciência, da Tecnologia e da Cultura - FUNPAR (Foundation for the Development of Science, Technology and Culture - FUNPAR), by means of an agreement with financial transfer, as per the terms of the available supporting material under the Company’s custody; b) authorize the transfer of funds raised through the campaign until September 30, 2021 to said Fund “COVID - Apoio à Saúde”, managed by FUNPAR, for the same purposes; and c) authorize the end of the Fatura Solidária Campaign on September 30, 2021. |
