Copel’s PNB shares becomes a constituent of IGPTW B3 Index
Companhia Paranaense de Energia - COPEL, a company that generates, transmits, distributes and trade energy, with shares listed on B3 (CPLE3, CPLE5, CPLE6), the NYSE (ELPVY, ELP) and the LATIBEX (XCOP), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company's category “B” preferred shares (CPLE6) were included in the theoretical portfolio of IGPTW, which will come into force in January 04, 2022.
Great Place to Work (GPTW) is a global consultancy service that supports companies to achieve better results through a culture of trust, high performance and innovation, certifying and recognizing the best work environments around the world.
The IGPTW B3 aims to be the average performance indicator of the quotations of companies certified by GPTW listed on B3 and complements the family of indices focused on ESG (English acronym for environmental, social and governance), reinforcing the role of companies and leadership to promote best practices in the labor market.
The index will include companies committed to a constant process of cultural transformation and improvement of the work environment, in which relationships between people and employee development are at the center of debates, generating a positive impact for business.
The participation in this index reflects the Company's commitment and effort with the best ESG practices in the market.
