Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on January 19, 2011 at the Company’s headquarters, 9740 Scranton Road, San Diego, CA 92121. As of the record date there were 29,898,909 shares outstanding and entitled to vote, 24,736,038 shares were voted in person or by proxy. The matters presented for vote received the required votes for approval and had the following total votes for, against and withheld.
