1. Represents performance stock units for which target criteria was determined to have been met on October 19, 2023. The PSUs remain subject to time-based vesting. 2,318 shares vest on October 26, 2023, 2,318 shares vest on October 26, 2024 and 2,319 shares vest on October 26, 2025, subject to continued service or acceleration of vesting as provided in award agreement.

2. Award of restricted stock subject to vesting. 18,669 shares vest on October 26, 2024, 20,819 shares vest on October 26, 2025, 26,720 shares vest on October 26, 2026, 26,720 shares vest on October 26, 2027 and 26,720 shares vest on October 26, 2028, subject to continued service or acceleration of vesting as provided in award agreement.
