Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Members of the management team of Equity One, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Equity One”), will be attending the REITWeek convention of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts in Chicago, Illinois from June 9 through June 11, 2010. During the convention, Equity One is making financial presentations to convention participants. A copy of that presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
