The Company’s independent registered public accounting firm resigned on March 18, 2016. The Company appointed a new auditor on March 18, 2016 to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm (the “New Auditor”). Given the date of appointment of the New Auditor, the New Auditor needs additional time to complete its review of the Registrant’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015.
