Explanation of Responses:

1. Reporting Person previously received options to purchase common stock on January 31, 2007, January 10, 2012 and December 20, 2013. Effective August 29, 2014, the Issuer extended the expiration dates of all of its issued and outstanding common stock purchase options to November 15, 2023 and reduced the exercise price of such options to $0.05 per share.
