On August 13, 2019, Precipio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing second quarter 2019 corporate update call for its stockholders. As noted in the press release, management will host a corporate update call where management will provide business update and will respond to questions submitted in advance via email initiatives on Wednesday August 21, 2019, at 5:00pm Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
