On August 20, 2021, Precipio, Inc (the "Company") announced that will be rescheduling its Q2-2021 update call from Monday August 23rd to Thursday August 26th at 5:00 PM ET due to a schedule conflict. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
