Item 7.01 Regulation FD
On May 15, 2007, Tier Technologies, Inc., or Tier, received approval from The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel of Tier’s application to list its securities on Nasdaq. Tier expects its common stock to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Stock Market as of market opening on May 21, 2007, under the symbol "TIER".
