Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2013, Official Payments Holdings, Inc., or the Company, issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. A copy of this press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. As disclosed in the press release, the registrant intends to hold a conference call for investors at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
