On August 4, 2005, Tier Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2005. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
