On December 13, 2006, Tier Technologies, Inc. ("Tier" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the fiscal 2006 fourth quarter and year-end. Tier filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006 on December 13, 2006.
