Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
As of December 13, 2013, RAIT Financial Trust, or RAIT, RAIT CRE Conduit I, LLC, or RCREI, a subsidiary of RAIT, and Column Financial, Inc., or Column, agreed to extend the expiration date to December 12, 2014 of the previously reported master repurchase agreement dated as of December 14, 2012 among RCREI, RAIT and Column.
