Calgary, Alberta (October 24, 2006) - Gondwana Energy Ltd. (OTCBB: GNWA) announces that on October 22, 2006 Mr. Arne Raabe elected to resign as Officer and Director of Gondwana Energy Ltd. to pursue other business interests. This resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with us.
