Recently we sent to you a prospectus/proxy statement and other proxy materials for the upcoming Special Meeting of Shareholders for Evergreen Large Company Growth Fund and the Wells Fargo Advantage Large Company Growth Fund (each a “Fund,” together, the “Funds”) scheduled for June 8, 2010 (the “Special Meeting”).
