MIDAS REPORTS SECOND QUARTER RESULTS OF $0.06 PER SHARE
- Shop traffic increases by nine percent in U.S. Midas shops
- U.S. comparable shop sales up 1.7 percent
- Results for quarter negatively impacted by $0.03 of arbitration costs and $0.02 resulting from the acquisition of Northern California shops in January
