Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 16, 2010, Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc., the mid-tier holding company of Pathfinder Bank, (NASDAQ SmallCap Market; symbol: PBHC, listing: PathBcp) announced that the Company has declared a cash dividend of $.03 per share on the Company’s common stock relating to the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2010. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders of record on January 14, 2011 and will be paid on February 3, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
