On October 17, we signed a letter of intent to discuss the potential acquisition of MWB Building Contractors, Inc. MWB Building Contractors provides framing services to high-volume production homebuilders in Northern California and Reno, Nevada. Sales were approximately $80 million for the year ended June 30, 2005.
On October 17, we signed a letter of intent to discuss the potential acquisition of Benedetti Construction Management Inc. Benedetti Construction Management provides framing services to high-volume production homebuilders in Southern California. Sales were approximately $140 million for the year ended June 30, 2005.
Completion of these acquisitions are contingent on negotiation of definitive purchase agreements, approval by our lenders and board of directors and customary closing conditions.
