Effective February 27, 2006, our wholly owned subsidiary, BMC West, acquired the assets of three distribution facilities from Home Lumber, a division of Leaman Building Materials, L.P., for approximately $21 million in cash.
The three facilities are located in the greater Houston market and provide building materials and millwork services to professional builders and contractors. Sales were approximately $70 million for the year ended December 31, 2005.
