Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
BUCA, Inc. has appointed Daniel J. Skrypek as interim Chief Financial Officer, such appointment to be effective as of February 15, 2005. Mr. Skrypek (32) has been the controller of the company since joining BUCA in 1999 and a vice president of the company since 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Skrypek was a certified public accountant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
