RELEVANT FACT
ENDESA, S.A released a public statement announcing that it has reached an agreement with Gas Natural, SDG, S.A. in which both companies are committed to end all legal and administrative proceedings pending between them in relation to the tender offers by Gas Natural, SDG, S.A and E.ON AG of Endesa’s shares, additionally withdrawing from any future action in connection to the above mentioned tender offers or any related action and procedures, incidents and diligences that may have resulted from these tender offers.
