Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 4, 2011, International Strategy & Investment Group Inc. (“ISI”), a registered broker-dealer, issued a client communication announcing that David Raso, ISI’s machinery research analyst, will hold a conference call with Michael Kneeland, chief executive officer of United Rentals, Inc.
