Effective May 22, 2006, our Board of Directors adopted an amendment to our share repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of shares of our common stock in an aggregate value of up to $250 million, an increase from the prior authorization of $150 million.
The company also completed its evaluation regarding the future use of certain of its New York facilities.
A copy of the press release announcing the two actions described above and one other action is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
