| ITEM 2.02. | RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On November 1, 2007, Getty Images, Inc. (the company) issued a press release announcing the company’s financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 17, 2007 Mr. Andrew Garb resigned from the Compensation Committee. On that same date, Mr. Alan Spoon joined the Committee and assumed the role as Chairman of the Committee. This matter was discussed and approved by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at its meeting of September 19, 2007.
