The 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. will be held exclusively on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 11:0O a.m., Eastern Time, virtually via the internet at meetnow.global/MH54KY6. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
