Warwick Valley Telephone Company (the "Company") today issued a press release discussing the transformation of the Company. This press release is identical in content to an advertisement placed by the Company in the April 13, 2007 edition of the "Times Herald-Record" of Middletown, New York.
A copy of this press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
