On November 5, 2019, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (“CECONY”) entered into an underwriting agreement with BofA Securities, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the underwriters named therein, for the sale of $600 million aggregate principal amount of CECONY’s 3.70% Debentures, Series 2019 B (the “Series 2019 B Debentures”). The Series 2019 B Debentures were registered under the Securities Act of 1933 pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-226539, effective August 2, 2018).
