ANWORTH MORTGAGE ASSET CORPORATION ANNOUNCES
QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
SANTA MONICA, California – (December 13, 2007) – Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) announced today that its board of directors declared, on December 12, 2007, a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.12 per share for the fourth quarter of 2007. The common stock dividend is payable on January 18, 2008 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 24, 2007.
