Anworth Announces Fourth Quarter 2012 Financial Results
SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 7, 2013--Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) today reported core earnings available to common stockholders of $21.9 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012. This compares to core earnings of $20.5 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012.

On December 14, 2012, we declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.15 per share, which was paid on January 29, 2013 to holders of our common stock as of the close of business on December 28, 2012.
