ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
On December 17, 2004, the Board of Directors of Washington Gas Light Company (the Company) adopted an amendment to the Company’s Bylaws. The amendment to the Bylaws will become effective on February 23, 2005.
The amendment to the Company’s Bylaws changes the number of directors from nine persons to eight persons effective February 23, 2005.
