Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 11, 2021, IES Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it had acquired the remaining 20% ownership interest in STR Mechanical, LLC ("STR"), a Charlotte, North Carolina-based provider of commercial and industrial mechanical services. The Company had previously acquired an 80% interest in STR in 2016. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
