Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On November 9, 2006 Dale M. Paulson resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lions Petroleum Inc. Mr. Paulson will continue to serve as our director. We expect to fill the offices vacated by Mr. Paulson within the next 30 days.
