Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On December 19, 2019, F5 Networks, Inc. ("F5") issued a press release announcing the execution of a Merger Agreement (the "Merger Agreement"), made and entered into as of December 19, 2019, by and among F5, Silhouette Merger Sub, Inc., Shape Security Inc. ("Shape") and Shareholder Representative Services LLC, relating to F5's proposed acquisition of Shape. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Report") and incorporated by reference herein.
