Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

Pursuant to a filing made with the Secretary of State of the State of Washington, F5 Networks, Inc. amended and restated its articles of incorporation to change its legal name from F5 Networks, Inc. to F5, Inc. (“F5”), effective November 12, 2021. Additionally, effective November 12, 2021, F5 adopted amended and restated bylaws to reflect its new legal name.
