Election of Officer
On March 1, 2008, Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Kimberly D. Paul as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Paul, age 37, has been a Staff Vice President with the Company since May 2001 and prior to this election served as assistant controller of the Company. In connection with her promotion, Ms. Paul received an increased grant of performance share units and stock options with a targeted value of $35,000.
