ITEM 1.01 | ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT |
On May 15, 2008, the shareholders of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the addition of 660,000 shares pursuant to the Third Amendment to the Amended and Restated Long-Term Incentive Plan and Director Equity Plan (the “Amendment”).
The foregoing description of the Amendment is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amendment attached hereto as Exhibit 10.190 and is incorporated herein by reference.
