On October 26, 2009, Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a news release announcing its public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock (not including the underwriters’ option to purchase up to an additional 862,500 shares). A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
