On February 24, 2010, Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) extended its vehicle supply agreement (the “VSA”) with Ford Motor Company until August 2013.
The Company’s news release relating to the VSA extension is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
