Item 8.01 Other Events.

The registrant has concluded a confidential settlement agreement with Humanscale Corporation (“Humanscale”).  Under the terms of the agreement, Humanscale paid the registrant $7,500,000 in cash, and each party agreed to cross-license certain patents and to withdraw certain legal proceedings against the other party.
