2. The 3,125 shares exercised on May 8, 2015 pursuant to this option vested on April 30, 2015. Of the remaining 21,875 shares subject to this option, 3,125 shares vested on April 30, 2015, 6,250 shares are scheduled to vest on April 30, 2016, 6,250 shares are scheduled to vest on April 30, 2017, and 6,250 shares are scheduled to vest on April 30, 2018.
