On May 6, 2008, Virage Logic Corporation (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a stock repurchase program pursuant to which the Company may purchase up to $20 million in shares of the Company’s common stock in open market or negotiated transactions through May 2009.
