Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 3, 2006, an article appeared on BusinessWeek Online (www.businessweek.com) titled, “The Mini Cooper of Office Furniture; Leveraging parent Steelcase’s technology and distribution channels, tiny Turnstone offers style for less, with big business speed”. The article stated that Turnstone’s annual revenue for the year is about $200 million. Revenue for Turnstone for the first three quarters of fiscal 2006 was $146 million. Steelcase Inc. (the “Company”) does not confirm the accuracy of the other information and statements set forth in the article.
