2Q13 Financial Summary • Positive operating leverage drives 10% increase in pre-tax pre-provision income • Net interest income increases modestly QOQ; NIM stable at 3.36% – 3 bps of NIM compression offset by 4% increase in average earning asset growth – Average loans increase 8% QOQ, while average commercial loans grow 10%.
