On February 4, 2008, First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for First Niagara Bank, issued a press release announcing that J. Lanier (“Lanny”) Little had been named Executive Vice President, Consumer Banking and a member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team.
Mr. Little has over 35 years of banking experience, and will be responsible for the oversight of Consumer Banking operations, which includes retail branch banking, residential mortgage, consumer lending, municipal banking, and alternative delivery channel management.
Frank J. Polino, who had served as Interim Executive Vice President, Consumer Banking since June 2007, will remain a member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team.
