At a meeting on March 23, 2010, the Board of Directors of Red Lion Hotels Corporation (the “Company”) adopted stock ownership guidelines for the Company’s directors and executive officers.
The guidelines are included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by this reference. The guidelines will also be posted on the Company’s corporate website.
