Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 11, 2019, Weight Watchers International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that as of March 8, 2019, Stacey Mowbray is no longer serving as President, North America of the Company and will leave the Company effective as of March 22, 2019.
On March 6, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors approved Nicholas P. Hotchkin, Chief Financial Officer and President, Emerging Markets of the Company, assuming the additional role of Operating Officer, North America, effective as of March 8, 2019. Mr. Hotchkin will remain the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
