Heritage Commerce Corp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.13 Per Share

San Jose, California — July 23, 2020 — Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that its Board of Directors declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2020, to shareholders of record at close of business day on August 6, 2020.
